Ingredients
12 jalapenos
8 ounces vegan cream cheese
1 cup nondairy milk
1 cup all purpose flour
1 box of bread crumbs
Directions
- Cut the tops off all the jalapenos and remove all the seeds. Cut them in half lengthwise.
- Fill the jalapenos with cream cheese.
- Dip the peppers into the milk and then coat with flour. Allow them to dry 5 minutes.
- Dip the peppers in milk again and then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the peppers on a pan and bake at 350 for 10-20 minutes (the longer you cook them, the less spicy they become. Adjust your baking time based on preference).
