Pasta salad



Ingredients
1 red pepper, diced
1 cucumber, sliced and cut into quarters
1 bunch green onions, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
6 ounces black olives, sliced
8 ounces italian salad dressing
1/2 cup of white vinegar
16 ounces rotini
1 bunch broccoli, cut

Directions

  • Put red pepper, cucumber, green onions, tomatoes, olives, salad dressing, and vinegar in a large bowl. Mix well.
  • Cook rotini according to package directions. When rotini is almost ready, add the broccoli to the water. 
  • Once the rotini is finished cooking, drain and add the rotini and broccoli mixture to the bowl with the other vegetables. Mix well and refrigerate. Serve cold.
