1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow onion
1 zucchini, cut
8 ounces mushrooms
2 tablespoons Bragg's Liquid Aminos
1/2 of a lemon
guacamole (to garnish)
8-10 whole wheat tortillas
Directions
- Slice the bell peppers and onion into strips. Place the peppers, onion, zucchini, and mushrooms into a large pan. Add Bragg's and squeeze fresh lemon juice onto the vegetables. Sautee on medium heat until the vegetables are cooked.
- Add vegetables to tortillas and top with guacamole.
