Spinach artichoke dip



Ingredients
3/4 cup almond milk
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup cashews
2 cups artichoke hearts
2 cups fresh spinach

Directions

  • Blend milk, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper, and cashews. 
  • Add artichoke hearts and spinach. Pulse until mostly smooth. 
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes. 
  • Serve with chips or on slices of baked bread.
